Our Groomer Has It!
|
For over three years, Laura Dillenschneider has brought grooming talent and a sharp sense of humor to the VCA Animal Care Center family. Laura’s career of caring for animals began at age 18, when she worked as a veterinary technician. In 1992, she showed her Golden Retriever, Scotch, and her interest in grooming grew from there. She received her grooming certification from Maryland School of Dog Grooming, and the rest is history. We couldn’t be happier to have her on our team. Grooming comes easy to Laura, and we can attest to the fact that grooming is not an easy task! She currently uses a Hydrosurge bath that deep cleans pets coats more efficiently than a traditional bath. Her favorite breeds to groom include the Golden Retriever and the English Springer Spaniel. Whether she’s working with a gentle Lab or a feisty kitty, she always gets the job done with a smile. We are proud of our lovely groomer, Laura, and our hospital wouldn’t be the same without her infectious laugh. While she is as talented as the best groomers in the country, we hope that we won’t lose her to “Groomer Has It” anytime soon!
